Business,kept slick.
Slick Solutions Inc runs the back office for owner-operated companies — books, payroll, compliance, people and the daily operations in between — so you can get back to the work only you can do.
Our position
Most businesses don't need more hustle. They need a back office that runs on rails — numbers closed on time, people paid right, deadlines met before anyone has to ask.
One accountable team, one point of contact and one weekly brief. That's the whole idea, and we've built every service around it.
Eleven services. One ledger.
Start with the function that costs you the most time. Add the rest when you're ready.
01Business Operations Management
Day-to-day oversight of the moving parts — schedules, vendors, follow-ups and the hundred small decisions that stall an owner.
02Bookkeeping & Accounting
Clean, reconciled books every month, closed on a schedule — so your numbers are ready when you, your lender or your CPA asks.
03Payroll Administration
Accurate, on-time payroll with the filings, deposits and new-hire paperwork handled — for W-2 teams and 1099 contractors.
04Financial Planning & Cash Flow
Budgets, 13-week cash forecasts and monthly reviews that show where the money is going before it has gone.
05Business Formation & Compliance
Entity setup, licenses, permits and the annual filings that keep a California business in good standing.
06HR & Staffing Management
Hiring support, onboarding, handbooks and HR records — the people side of the business, handled with care.
07Strategic Planning & Growth
A written plan, quarterly priorities and a scorecard — so growth is decided on purpose instead of by accident.
08Vendor & Contract Management
One organized home for every vendor, lease and agreement — with renewals tracked and costs reviewed every year.
09Executive & Administrative Support
Calendar, inbox triage, travel and correspondence handled by a dedicated assistant who knows your business.
10Tax Preparation Support
Year-round tax organization — estimated payments, sales tax filings and a complete, tax-ready file for your CPA.
11Process & Systems Improvement
Documented procedures and the right software, set up properly — so the business runs the same way on a busy day as on a slow one.
Order, in four moves.
A free consultation
We learn how your business actually runs: who does what, where the paperwork lives and which tasks keep you up at night.
A written plan
Within a few business days you receive a scope, a flat monthly fee and a handover calendar. No hourly surprises.
A careful handover
We document each process, then take it over in stages so nothing is dropped between the old way and the new one.
A weekly brief
Every Monday: what was done, what's coming and what needs your decision. Monthly numbers in plain English.

The work of a finance, HR and operations team — without hiring one.
You get senior-level judgement on the decisions and dependable people on the routine, under one flat monthly fee.
Built for the Valley's working businesses.
From kitchens and clinics to production studios and contractors — if you have payroll, vendors and deadlines, we speak your language.

Quieter weeks, by their account.
A few words from owners we work with. Names shortened at their request.

Good to know.
What does a business management company do?
We take over the administrative and financial running of a business — bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, HR administration, vendors and day-to-day operations — so the owner can focus on customers and growth.
Do I have to sign up for every service?
No. Most clients start with one or two services, usually bookkeeping or operations, and add others as trust builds. Every engagement is scoped to what you need.
How is pricing structured?
Ongoing services are billed as a flat monthly fee based on scope and volume, so there are no surprise hourly bills. Projects such as catch-up bookkeeping or process documentation are quoted up front.
Where do you work?
Our office is at 6632 Coldwater Canyon Ave in North Hollywood. We serve businesses across the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles in person, and clients elsewhere in California remotely.
How do we get started?
